I need a temporary fence for a colt. We are moving when house sells--that is why I say temporary. 1 acre of land but I need to fence it somehow for cheap without it looking trashy as our home is for sale. thanks
I'm not really keen on electric fencing as the only fence. Horses can and do push right through those, and then there's nothing to stop them. What about just putting up a panel paddock? any temp fencing is going to be expensive, and a smaller paddock

Ryedale horse, Bothy, completes hat-trick of wins at Taunton

A Ryedale horse, affected to travel 560 miles last week to Somerset and back for his passport to the Cheltenham Birthday, returned home with rather more than his essential certification. Bothy, trained in Norton by Brian Ellison, completed a hat-habit of wins over hurdles at Taunton to book his bring down in the Fred Winter Novices’ Hinder Hurdle at the forthcoming four-day
extravaganza. Furthermore, he is now guaranteed a flat in the line-up. Ellison explained: “In ordinance to run at Cheltenham, he had to have three previous outings and, with so many meetings in the north wrecked to the weather, my only option to qualify him was to send him
to Taunton.” It wasn’t for the first stretch that Bothy had completed the 500-mile-addition round-trip to the West Country. Ellison added: “He also won on the same seminar at the end of January, again when I was running out of options for him, because of the weather, and when there was not quite any racing taking place
nearer home.”
